Shipping Policy

Though most orders ship within 24 hours. some orders can ship up to 7-10 business days from order submission. Please plan your required arrival times accordingly. All ammunition orders can only be shipped by ground parcel service. Ammunition cannot be shipped through US mail. 

All ammunition will be shipped ground to contiguous 48 states only. A physical street address is required for delivery. No ammunition may be sent to P.O. Boxes. No international shipping.

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, shotgun ammunition, or rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase all other guns and ammunition.

Verdict Ammunition State Shipping Policies

Illinois

As an Illinois resident you must provide a copy of your valid FOID Card or Valid Concealed Carry License AND your IL driver's license or IL state Identification card to purchase ammunition. Sorry for the inconvenience. The ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of those 2 documents. *(DO NOT SHIP TO CHICAGO!!!!)*

Connecticut

As a Connecticut resident you must provide a driver’s license, passport, or government issued I.D AND one of the following: pistol permit, eligibility certificate for pistol, long gun eligibility certificate, or ammunition certification to purchase ammunition. Sorry for the inconvenience. Must be 21 years old to purchase.

Massachusetts

As a Massachusetts resident you must provide a LTC permit to purchase ammunition. Sorry for the inconvenience. (License to Carry permit.)

New York

As a New York resident ammunition can only be shipped to an FFL holder or a New York registered seller of ammunition. Please have your FFL dealer or registered seller of ammunition provide a copy of his/her credentials. We will NOT ship to New York City, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, or Staten Island.

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

• Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Same day order processing for orders received by 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
